Delivery times may vary slightly depending on your location, order volume, or circumstances beyond our control.

Shipping Coverage

Serene Spaces offers free delivery across Pakistan. No shipping charges are added at checkout.

Order Processing

Once your order has been placed, we begin preparing it for delivery. Please ensure that your delivery address and contact information are accurate when placing your order.

Damaged Items

Every order is carefully and securely packed before dispatch.

If your item arrives damaged, we offer a free replacement for eligible damage claims.

Please contact us on WhatsApp within 24 hours of delivery with your order number, clear photographs of the damaged item and packaging, and an unpacking video.

Approved claims will receive a free replacement at no additional cost. Claims submitted after 24 hours may not be eligible. This does not limit your rights under applicable consumer law.
