Returns & Exchanges
We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect selection, or personal preference once an order has been delivered.
Damaged Items — Free Replacement
If your order arrives damaged, we offer a free replacement for eligible damage claims, at no additional cost.
Please contact us on WhatsApp within 24 hours of delivery and provide:

An unpacking video showing the damage
We will review the information and arrange a free replacement for approved claims.
Claims submitted after 24 hours may not be eligible. This policy does not limit your rights under applicable consumer law.
Incorrect or Missing Items
If you receive an incorrect or incomplete order, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery so we can assist you.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled only if they have not yet been processed for dispatch. Once processing has begun, cancellation may no longer be possible.
