Most orders are delivered within 5–7 working days after confirmation, depending on your location and courier service.

Once your order has been dispatched, tracking details will be shared where available.

For remote or hard-to-reach areas, delivery may take slightly longer.

Please inspect your order when it arrives.

Damaged Orders

For eligible items damaged in transit, we offer a free replacement. Contact us on WhatsApp within 24 hours of delivery with your order details, clear photos of the damaged item and packaging, and an unpacking video so we can assess the claim. Claims received after 24 hours may not be eligible. This does not limit rights under applicable consumer law.
